Lebanese lawyers file complaint against banker who met with Israel's Netanyahu

Lebanese lawyers have filed a complaint against local banker Antoun Sehnaoui for meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this week in Washington. Lebanon and Israel are technically still at war,
